The one for the terrace when the sun's out. A Galician rosé from Valdeorras — fresh, bright and easy to love, but with the same honest, estate-grown character as the rest of Alan de Val's range.
Made from the family's own vineyards in A Rúa, in the valley carved by the river Sil. Pale, luminous pink in the glass. Expect fresh red fruit — strawberry, redcurrant — with a clean, mouth-watering finish. Not sweet, not heavy: a proper dry rosé built for drinking, not just looking at.
Serve well chilled, 8–10°C. Made for aperitivo, salads, rice, grilled veg, or simply a sunny afternoon.
