Shipping
We're based in Amsterdam and currently ship within the Netherlands only. (More countries are coming — stay tuned.)
When we ship
We're a small team who pack every order by hand, so we ship twice a week: every Tuesday and Saturday. Your order will go out on the next shipping day after it's placed. Order on a Wednesday, and it leaves that Saturday; order on a Sunday, and it leaves Tuesday.
Once your parcel is on its way, you'll get a track & trace link so you can follow it to your door.
Delivery time
We ship with PostNL. Once dispatched, parcels are usually delivered within 1–2 working days anywhere in the Netherlands.
Shipping costs
- €4,95 flat rate per order within the Netherlands.
- Free shipping on orders over €75 — a great excuse to add another bottle.
Age verification — 18+
We sell wine, and Dutch law is clear: you must be 18 or older to buy and receive alcohol. All our deliveries require age verification on delivery (18+) — the courier will check a valid ID, and the parcel can only be handed to someone who is 18 or over. Please make sure an adult is available to receive the order, with ID to hand.
If age can't be verified, the parcel can't be delivered — so save yourself the hassle and have that ID ready.
Packaging
Wine is fragile, and we treat it that way. Every order is packed in protective, bottle-specific packaging designed to get your wine to you safely. If anything arrives damaged despite our best efforts, we'll sort it fast — see our [Returns & Refunds policy] for exactly how.
