The Pedrazáis plot's red — Mencía with structure and a touch of oak. Same special single vineyard as its white sibling, but here the Mencía is given time in barrel to build depth without losing what makes Galician reds so distinctive: freshness and lift.

100% Mencía from the Finca Pedrazáis, hand-harvested and aged in oak. Deeper and more structured than the young Mencía — darker fruit, fine spice, a mineral backbone from those Pedrazáis soils, and silky tannins. Still unmistakably Atlantic: elegant, never heavy.

Serve at 15–17°C. Made for roast meat, game, mushroom dishes, and aged cheeses.
