Single- plot Chardonnay from Mijas. If Malavia is the fresh, fruity Chardonnay, Caníbal Blanco is its bigger, bolder sibling: fuller-bodied, more intense, and built around time in oak, really well integrate on the wine.

100% Chardonnay, aged in French oak on its lees. Deep and rich in the glass, with ripe stone fruit, a creamy, textured body and layers of toast, vanilla and nuttiness from the barrel really well integrate and the acidity keeps it balanced and long.

Serve at 10–12°C. Made for roast fish, poultry, creamy rice, and richer dishes.
