Caníbal Blanco · Bodega Malvajío
Chardonnay with muscle — the serious, barrel-aged side of Mijas. If Malavia is the fresh, fruity Chardonnay, Caníbal Blanco is its bigger, bolder sibling: fuller-bodied, more intense, and built around time in oak.
100% Chardonnay, aged in French oak on its lees. Deep and rich in the glass, with ripe stone fruit, a creamy, textured body and layers of toast, vanilla and nuttiness from the barrel — but with the acidity to keep it balanced and long. A white with real structure and personality, from one of the smallest producers you'll find on our shelves.
Serve at 10–12°C. Made for roast fish, poultry, creamy rice, and richer dishes.
