Toro isn't just about big reds — meet its white side. Verdejo grown in Toro, given time on its lees to build texture and depth. A fresher, more surprising face of a region everyone thinks they already know.

100% Verdejo from the family's own Toro vineyards, aged sobre lías (on the fine lees). Pale and bright, with stone fruit, citrus and a subtle herbal, aniseed lift typical of good Verdejo — but rounder and creamier thanks to the lees ageing. Fresh acidity keeps it clean and moreish.

Serve at 8–10°C. Great with seafood, grilled vegetables, rice, poultry and soft cheeses.
