Pedrazáis Godello · Alan de Val
One of the most sought-after whites in all of Valdeorras — and barely 6,500 bottles a year. This is Godello with the volume turned up: single-vineyard, from the Pedrazáis plot where the family built its winery, on soils that give the wine a deep minerality and layers of subtle aroma.
100% Godello, hand-harvested from the Finca Pedrazáis. Fermented slowly at just 12°C for around 30 days, then aged three months on its fine lees — which is where it gets its extra body, texture and length. Limited, numbered production.
Everything the young Godello promises, taken a step further: still mineral and fresh, but rounder, deeper and built to age a little.
Don't serve below 9°C. A serious partner for grilled shellfish, baked fish, lobster rice, or a complex salad with fruit.
