Pure Caíño, from the plot that gives the winery its name. This is the red counterpart to the famous Pedrazáis whites — but bottled from 100% Caíño Tinto, one of Galicia's most characterful and demanding native grapes.

Caíño is not an easy grape, and that's the point: in the right hands it gives reds of real tension and personality — vivid red fruit, marked freshness, firm structure and a mineral, almost wild edge that could only come from the Atlantic side of Spain. From the family's own Pedrazáis vines, in low quantities. A wine for the curious drinker who thinks they've tasted everything Spain has to offer.

Serve at 15–16°C, and give it some air. Pairs with grilled meat and fish, game, and strong regional dishes.
