Escada Lembranza · Alan de Val
Escada, taken up a level. "Lembranza" means "memory" in Galician — the wine the family makes to be remembered. Same grape as Escada, but a stricter selection and more ambition in the cellar.
100% Garnacha Tintorera from the best fruit of the family's own vines. Deeper, more concentrated and more structured than its younger sibling: intense dark fruit, fine spice, a layer of complexity that rewards a bit of patience in the glass. Powerful but balanced, with the freshness that marks everything from Valdeorras.
Serve at 16–17°C, ideally decanted. One for the table's main event — roast and grilled red meat, game, mature cheese.
