Galicia's adopted grape, done right. Garnacha Tintorera isn't originally from Valdeorras — but the family adopted it, adapted it to their valley, and now treat it as their own. Escada is the proof it belongs here.

100% Garnacha Tintorera (Alicante Bouschet) from the family's own vines — one of the rare red grapes whose flesh is red too, giving deep colour and real intensity. Expect a dark, full-bodied red: ripe black fruit, a warm spiced edge, and more power than the lighter Atlantic reds, while keeping Valdeorras freshness underneath.

Serve at 16°C. Built for grilled and roast red meat, stews, and hard mature cheeses.
