It started the way the best things do: two friends, Antonio Mérida and Bernardo Pulido, sketching out their dream winery over a couple of glasses of wine. What grew from that is a true \u003cem\u003egarage winery\u003c\/em\u003e — wine made by hand in tiny quantities, native yeasts, minimal intervention, labels stuck on one bottle at a time. Barely 15,000–20,000 bottles a year.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTheir vines sit at around 400m on the south face of the Sierra de Mijas, cooled by sea breezes and mountain nights — Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and more.
